【摘要】 本文叙述了采用反相高效液相色谱法即以乙腈+水为流动相,C18柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定25%毒·唑乳油中的毒死蜱和三唑磷。结果表明,毒死蜱和三唑磷的标准偏差分别为0.0307、0.0629;变异系数分别为0.3735%、0.3623%;平均回收率分别为99.58%、99.77%;线性相关系数分别为0.9996、0.9997。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quantitative analysis of 25% chlorpyrifos and triazophos EC by reverse phase HPLC was introduced,using acetonitrile and water(74∶26)as mobile phase,using C18 column and ultraviolt detector. The results showed that the standard deviation for chlorpyrifos and triazophos were 0.030 7 and 0.062 9,the variation coefficient were 0.373 5% and 0.362 3%,the average recoveries were 99.58% and 99.77%,liner correlation were 0.999 6 and 0.999 7 respectively.更多还原
