【摘要】 按照金属利用系数评价犁铧使用寿命的思路 ,根据 DZ(DSZ) 35型犁铧的使用特点 ,在假设其金属利用系数为 1的前提下 ,通过结构尺寸计算 ,得出了 DZ(DSZ) 35型犁铧磨损量的计算公式。在不磨损犁托的条件下 ,得出了 DZ(DSZ) 35型犁铧磨损极限经验公式和经验值。据此 ,可以较准确地判断犁铧的剩余使用寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 The evaluating method of metal-utilization-coefficient is available for DZ(DSZ) plowshare. According to its special structure and application character, DZ(DSZ)35 plowshare was studied by the metal-utilization-coefficient evaluating method. A formula was developed for calculating plowshare abrasion quantity by structure measuring. Under a presupposition of that its frog wasn’t worn, a simple formula for calculating the abrasion limitation of DZ(DSZ)35 plowshare was brought forward in the paper. The surplus life of DZ(DSZ)35 plowshare could be figured out easily and correctly depending its abrasion limitation. The calculating result was compared with the farm experimental data and its ava1iability was proved.更多还原
