套筒式橡胶减振器的疲劳工况试验研究

【摘要】 为了准确掌握金穗 4 SW系列马铃薯挖掘机摆动分离筛新型套筒式橡胶减振器的疲劳工况 ,进行了田间试验和实验室试验。试验表明 ,该橡胶减振器能够满足生产实际要求和对橡胶减振器的设计寿命要求。给出了符合橡胶减振器疲劳损失衡量标准的静刚度损失值 ,经生产实践证明 ,此值具有指导生产的实际意义

【Abstract】 In order to know well the fatigue condition of a new sleeve type rubber vibration isolator for Jin Sui Model 4SW series potato digger, the tests both in field and laboratory conditions were conducted, the static rigidities of rubber vibration isolator under non fatigue testing and fatigue testing in field and laboratory conditions were measured; and the value of the static rigidity was gained by fitting technique. The testing and measuring results showed that the rubber vibration isolator satisfied the requirement for production practice and designed service life as well as its usage. On the other hand, a value of static rigidity loss was advanced as a measuring criterion of fatigue failure and it proved feasible.
