基于虚拟仪器的拖拉机性能检测仪

【摘要】 根据拖拉机的特点和性能检测的要求 ,开发了一套基于多功能数据采集卡 (DAQ)和图形化编程语言L ab VIEW的虚拟仪器——拖拉机性能综合检测仪 ,该仪器可以快速测定拖拉机制动性能、车速、轴重、牵引力、灯光、烟度、噪声 ,实现了一机多用。实际测试表明 ,该仪器具有较高的可靠性和精度

【Abstract】 According to the characters of tractor and the requirements of its inspection and test, a new comprehensive measurement and test instrument based on the multi function data acquisition (DAQ) card and graphic programming language——LabVIEW were developed to implement a quick measurement of performance parameters of a tractor. It is capable of measuring braking torque, front and rear axles loads, traction, speed, light, exhausting emission, and noise of a tractor. The principle of the system can be described as: using DAQ card to acquire physical analog and digital data; then transmitting them to computer by PCI bus; after the data are dealt with by the software of system, the results will be displayed and printed. The structure characteristics and design principle of the instrument were described and analyzed. The measurement and data collection were processed automatically under the control of microcomputer system. The test and application showed that the instrument had a good precision and could easily be applied to practical work in automobile and tractor production and maintenance.
