【摘要】 我国目前行政赔偿主体主要有行政机关、公务员、法律或法规授权组织及行政机关委托组织。实践中出现行政赔偿主体范围过窄、公民受害权利得不到应有赔偿等问题。我国行政赔偿主体范围应向自愿协助公务人员,假冒公务人员,公法人等方面进行拓展,进一步保障公民权利。更多还原

【Abstract】 Subjects in administrative compensation of China are mainly involved in administrative bodies, civil servants, authorized organizations by law or rule and entrusted organizations by administrative bodies. In practice, the subject limit is too narrow. Citizens, the victims of rights, are not compensated properly. As a result, the subject limit should be extended to volunteer government employees, counterfeit government employees and public corporations in order to safeguard rights of citizens.更多还原
