75t/h电站循环流化床锅炉燃烧和污染物排放的数值模拟
Numerical simulation of the combustion and pollution emissions from a 75/th circulation fluidized bed boiler of power plant
【摘要】 以FLUENT软件为工具,运用数值模拟方法对75t/h电站循环流化床锅炉的炉内过程进行研究。计算和分析了炉内的温度分布,氧气、二氧化碳和一氧化碳的浓度分布,燃料颗粒的轨迹,氮氧化物(NOx)的排放。数值模拟的结果对循环流化床锅炉的设计和实际运行有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
【Abstract】 Numerical simulation has been used to study a 75 t/h circulation fluidized bed boiler in combustion characteristic in this paper. Achievement of the paper is based upon a kind of commercial software (FULENT 6.0). The paper presents the results of numerical simulation and analyses it. The results pay special attention to the following points: the boiler furnace temperature distributions, oxygen species concentrations, carbon monoxide concentrations, carbon dioxide species concentrations; particle track; NO_x(NO) emission. Simulation results can be used to guide the design and operation of circulation fluidized bed boiler.
