【Abstract】 The concerted development of energy, environment and economy is a global objective. Faced with three great challenges of environmental pollution, environment resource capacity and global warming. Chinese government, together with energy producers and energy consumers, should take actively such challenges and make corresponding policies to achieve sustainable development.
