【摘要】 目的　通过观察89Sr治疗 35例多发性骨转移癌所致骨痛的疗效和副作用 ,探讨89Sr的临床应用价值。方法　对 35例多发性骨转移癌所致骨痛的患者行同一剂量89Sr(4mci)治疗 ,随访观察止痛效果及副作用。结果　35例患者接受89Sr治疗后显效 34.3% ,有效 5 4 .3% ,无效 11.4 % ,总有效率达 88.6 %。止痛维持时间为 3- 6个月 ,未发现严重不良反应。结论　89Sr止痛效果好、安全 ,能明显提高患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of clinical application of 89 Sr by means of observing the effect and side-effect of the treatment for patients with metastatic osteodynia with 89 Sr.Methods 35 patients with metastatic osteodynia were treated with 4mci 89 Sr,and were followed up for antalgic effect and side-effects.Results After treatment,the influential rate was 34.3%,utility rate was 54.3%,inefficiency rate was 11.4%.The total effect rate of SR for patients was 88.6%.The antalgic effect may maintain for 3-6 months.During the treatment,no obvious side-effect was found.Conclusion Antalgic effect of 89 Sr is obvious, 89 Sr is safe for patients and can improve life quality of the patients.更多还原
