【摘要】 目的　测定防“非典”口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法　采用薄层扫描法进行测定。结果　黄芪甲苷的点样量在 1.10 0 - 5 .5 0 0 μg范围内 ,与吸收度积分值呈良好线性关系。平均回收率为 97.5 7% ,板内峰面积的积分RSD为 1.5 8% (n =5 )。结论　该方法可靠、易行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content of astragalus Ⅳ treatment for SARS oral liquid.Methods Using the dualwavelength thin lager scanning method.Results The content of astragalus Ⅳ between 1.100-5.500μg was showed a good linearity with absorption integration.The average recovery was 97.57%, RSD was 1.58%(n=5).Conclusion This method is dependable,easy to operate.更多还原
