【摘要】 目的　提高下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的治疗水平。方法　对 2 1例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症病人行解剖性旁路术 18例 ,解剖外旁路术 3例。结果　术后所有病人临床症状减轻或消失 ,肢体溃疡愈合 ;2例病人术后 3- 4周行截肢术。结论　对于膝关节以上病变采用人造血管有较好的效果 ,而膝关节以下则不宜采用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of atherosclerotic ischemia of lower extremities.Methods The data of 21 cases of atherosclerotic ischemia of lower extremities were summarized.Amongthem,18 cases got anatomical bypass,and 3 cases got extraanatomic bypass. Result After operation,symptomas like pain of lower extremities disappear or was not so severe,ulcers at the extremities were cured.There were 3 patients resulting in amputation 2 to 3 months after operation.Conclusion To get the best treatment effect,grafts used for above-knee bypass can be artificial vessels but those for below-bnee bypass must be autogenous vessls.更多还原
