【摘要】 目的　探讨 2型糖尿病患者血脂胰岛素受体底物 (IRS)及血清中血管细胞粘附分子 1(sVCAM - 1)的表达及二者在临床中的意义。方法　采用免疫组化ELASA法及Western印迹技术分别检测了 39例 2型糖尿病患者在上述两种物质的表达 ,并以 2 0例非糖尿病者作对照 ,检测结果用SPSS统计软件进行统计学分析。结果　 2型糖尿病患者血脂中IRS - 1蛋白表达减少 ,与正常对照组差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IRS - 2蛋白表达无明显变化 ;2型糖尿病患者血清中sVCAM1水平明显高于非糖尿病组 ,差异具显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而且伴微血管并发症的糖尿病亚组血清中sVCAM1高于不伴微血管并发症组。结论　检测 2型糖尿病血液中IRS及sVCAM1,有助于了解糖尿病的发病机制 ,监测疾病的发生发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the detection and clinical significance of insulin receptor substrates of blood lipoid and sVCAM1of blood serum in the type2diabetic patients.Methods 39cases of the type2diabetic patients bywere mentioned the two substances and20casˉes of normal tissues as negative control were detected by using immunohistochemistry staining(ELASA method)and western blot technique,the results were analyzed by SPSS.Results The expression of IRS-1protein was reduced in the test bundal,there were significant differences of them between in test bundle and in control bundle(P<0.05),but The expression of IRS-2protein was not significantly reduced.There were significant differences of the level of sVCAM1in blood serum between the type2diabetic patients bundle and the control bundle(P<0.05), and the levels of sVCAM1in the type2diabetic patients with microvessel complication were higher than them in the type2diabetic patients withˉout microvessel complication.Conclusion The detection of IRS and sVCAM1of the type2diabetic patients are useful to comprehend diabetic mellitus’mechanisms and its development.更多还原
