急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗对一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶影响的研究
Effects of thrombolytic therapy on NO,NOS in patients with acute myocardial infarction
【摘要】 目的 探讨急性心肌梗死 (AMI)溶栓治疗不同时间一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的变化及意义。方法 选择 1999年 1月 1日 - 2 0 0 1年 9月 30日间在本院住院符合AMI诊断标准及溶栓指征的患者。共 2 8例 ,男 2 0例 ,女 8例 ,年龄 (5 9.78± 6 .6 7)岁 ;对照组 10例 ,年龄 (5 7.6 7± 5 .34)岁。取静脉血测定NO、NOS浓度。结果 (1)AMI组在溶栓前NO、NOS浓度较对照组高 ,差异有显著性 ;(2 )与对照组比较 ,溶栓后无论血管再通与否 ,各时间窗NO、NOS均高于正常值 ,差异有显著性 ;(3)再通组较对照组NO、NOS高 ,但仅在 0 .5h、3h有显著性差异。结论 NO、NOS在AMI发生后升高 ,溶栓治疗后仍高于正常 ,持续时间较长 ,可能为机体的一种反馈性保护机制。溶栓可以改善血管内皮功能。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of Nirous Oxide(NO)and Nitrous Oxide synthetic enzyme(NOS)in different time window in patients with AMI treated by therombolysis.Methods 28patients diagnosed as AMI was selected from January1999to September302001.Among them,there were20,male and8female.Their age was59.78±6.67years old.10normal subjects was selected as control group.Their age was57.67±5.34years old.NO and NOS of venous blood was measured.Result The concentration of NO and NOS was signifiˉcantly higher than that of control group before thrombolytic therapy.The concentration of NO and NOS in different time windowwas higher than that of normal value whether the vessel was recanalized or not after thrombolysis.The concentration of NO and NOS in recanalized group was higher than that of no recanalized group,but a significant differenc was only present at0.5h and3h.Conclusion The increased NO and NOS after AMI may suggest a feedback protective mechanism.
