【摘要】 目的　评价聋儿配戴助听器进行听觉言语训练,并定期观察语训效果。方法　采用音响刺激训练、辨音训练和言语听觉进行训练。结果　经过1-2年听觉言语训练后聋儿的听觉反应、言语理解和模仿能力与语训前相比,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论　聋儿配戴助听器后在坚持长期配戴情况下,必须参加听觉言语训练,才能提高聋儿的言语模仿、理解和识别能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of language and hearing education after wearing hearing aids in deaf children.Methods Educations such as soun stimulation,identifying sound and sense of hearing have been performed in this research.Results Patients sense of hearing reaction,language comprehension and imitation ability has been found significant improvement(P<0.001) after 1 to 2 yeas education.Conclusion Wesring hearing aids for longer time and receive language sense of hearing education may contribute to the improvement of language imitating,understanding and identifying abilities.更多还原
