【摘要】 目的　探讨PTEN、CD4 4v6和c -erbB2在子宫颈癌中的表达及意义。方法　应用免疫组化S -P法检测 10例慢性宫颈炎和 6 5例宫颈鳞癌中PTEN、CD4 4v6和c -erbB2的表达。结果　 10例慢性宫颈炎中均有PTEN的表达 ,PTEN在宫颈癌中的表达明显下降 ,差别有显著统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。CD4 4v6和c -erbB2的表达阳性率在慢性宫颈炎中为 10 .0 % (1 10 )和 30 .0 % (3 10 ) ,在宫颈癌中为 5 8.8%和 6 9.2 % ,比较均有显著性差异 (均P <0 .0 1)。PTEN表达与宫颈癌FIGO分期和淋巴结转移无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,CD4 4v6和c -erbB2均表现出随FIGO分期增高而表达增高的趋势 ,且与淋巴结转移有关。结论　PTEN基因的失表达与宫颈癌的发生有关 ,并可能是癌变过程中的早期事件 ,CD4 4v6和c-erbB2的异常表达参与宫颈癌的发病进展和转移更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the significance and expression of PTEN, CD44v6 and c-erbB2 in patients with cervical carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical method(S-P) was used to examine the expression of PTEN, CD44v6 and c-erbB2 in 10 chronic cervicitis and 65 squamous cell carcinomas of cervix.Results PTEN was expressed in all of 10 chronic cervicitis, and the positive expression rates decreased sharply in 65 cervical carcinomas with significant difference (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of CD44v6 and c-erbB2 in chronic cervicitis were 10.0% and 30.0%, and in cervical carcinomas were 58.5% and 69.2% respectively. There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). CD44v6 and c-erbB2 but not PTEN had closely relative to FIGO clinic stage and lymph-node metastases.Conclusion The deleted expression of PTEN is probably related to cervical carcinoma and it is an early event in tumorigenesis of partial cervical carcinoma;The overexpression of CD44v6 and c-erbB2 plays an important role in the tumorigenesis, progression and metastasis of cervical carcinoma.
