基于DSP技术的模糊控制在枸杞烘干中的应用
DSP study of application on fuzzy control system in baking Chinese wolfberry
【摘要】 基于TMS320F206DSP为核心的处理器,采用自校正的模糊算法而构成了枸杞烘干炉的温度检测控制系统.该系统利用了DSP的数据处理能力强的特点,解决了系统模糊控制过程中模糊关系矩阵计算工作量大,且需离线计算而带来实时性不强的问题,使枸杞烘干炉的温度变化符合其不同时间段需要不同温度值的分时段异值的烘制工艺要求.为智能控制应用于实际生产提供了一种新的控制方法.
【Abstract】 This paper introduced an oven control system for drying medlar,which measured the oven temperature by a self adjustable fuzzy algorithm with a DSP chip of TMS320F206. The high cost for computing fuzzy relation matrix was reduced and the problem of real time processing was solved by using DSP during the process. Therefore, the oven temperature could be self adjusted to different values according to different time slot required by the technological flow for oven drying medlar. This method can be used as an intelligent control technique for industrial application.
