红寺堡扬水灌区新庄集梯级泵站优化调度研究
Study on optimization operation for multi-stage pumping station of Xinzhuangji in Hongsipu raising water irrigation region
【摘要】 以红寺堡扬水灌区新庄集梯级泵站为研究对象,从提高梯级泵站的综合效益出发,根据新庄集梯级泵站各机组的实际情况和要求,以泵站级数K为阶段变量,各级泵站的供水流量Qk为状态变量,各级泵站的开机方案DkT为决策变量,运用动态规划理论,建立在流量匹配的前提下能耗最低且弃水量最少的优化数学模型.在泵的工况点确定时,分别采用了克莱姆法则和试算法对单泵工况点和多泵工况点进行了确定.通过编制新庄集梯级泵站的优化调度应用程序,得到了各泵站的最优组合方案,即一泵站的2#,3#,4#,5#,6#泵组合;二泵站的1#,3#,4#,5#泵组合;三泵站的1#,3#,4#,6#泵组合;四泵站的1#,3#,4#,6#泵组合.由模拟计算结果,并结合工程实际,提出在现有条件下采用工程改造的建议,即在现有的基础上附加小泵,对现有的泵进行变速、变时、变阀调节,附加回水管和调节干渠的分出流量.采用该方法较好地提高了泵站的经济效益,使泵站的管理有效、方便.
【Abstract】 This paper studies the multi-stage pumping station of Xinzhuangji in Hongsipu raising water irrigation region and discusses the research target. To promote the comprehensive benefit of multi-stage pumping station, according to every machine’ s factual instant and request of Xinzhuangji multi-stage pumping station, using dynamic programming theory, minimum energy consuming optimizing model under the runoff matching has been established. K, the number of stages is regarded as phase variation; QK, water supply quantity of every pumping station is regarded as condition variation; DkT, the starting-up plan of every station is considered as decision variation. Kelaimu rule and attempt algorithm are separately used in confirming single pump operational mode spot and the multi-pumps operational mode spot. By the computer applied program for optimization operation, every pumping station’ s optimizing compounding scheme has been achieved, that is, the pumps of NO. 2, NO. 3, NO. 4, NO. 5 and NO. 6 are combined in pumping station NO. 1; the pumps of NO. 1, NO. 3, NO. 4 and NO. 5 are combined in pumping station NO. 2; the pumps of NO. 1, NO. 3, NO. 4 and NO. 6 are combined in pumping station NO. 3 and NO. 4. According to the analog result and the project’ s factual instant, advice about using project reconstruction under current station has been proposed, that is, attaching small pumps under current station; changing speed, time and valve for the current pumps; attaching backwater pipes; regulating the branch flow of main canal. This method can promote pumping stations’ economic benefits and make things convenient for pumping stations’ management effectively.
