【Abstract】 Blood coagulation system plays an important role in the occurrence and development of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. As a physiological anticoagulant, the tissue factor pathway inhibitor, namely the physiological inhibitor of the extrinsic coagulation pathway in the initial step is closely associated with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
