【Abstract】 The existence of b lood-brain barrier (BBB) is an unfavorable factor in the treatment of central n ervous system (CNS) diseases. Drugs or nucleic acid segments carried by drug-lo aded nanoparticle,a novel drug delivery carrier, can be transported across the BBB and target the brain tissues. The article reviews the interaction mechanism between drug-loaded nanoparticles and the BBB, as well as the recent advances i n the treatment of CNS diseases with nanoparticles as a drug and gene carrier.更多还原
