【摘要】 急性缺血性卒中的致残率很高 ,改善或维护患者的神经功能是治疗的最终目的。溶栓是治疗急性缺血性卒中的有效方法 ,但临床上仍可见溶栓后患者改善的神经功能不能得到有效维持。因此 ,溶栓后的神经功能维持意义重大。文章对目前维护溶栓后患者的神经功能的主要方法进行了综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The disability rat e of acute ischemic stroke(AIS) is very high, improve and maintain neurological function is the ultimate objective. Thrombolysis is the effective method in the treatment of AIS. However, the improvement of neurological function in some pati ents cannot be maintained after thrombolysis in clinical practice. Therefore, ma intaining the neurological function after thrombolysis is of importance.
