脑出血后的神经细胞凋亡机制及治疗策略
The Mechanism of Nerve Cell Apoptosis and Therapeutic Strategy After Intracerebral Hemorrhage
【摘要】 脑出血后神经细胞死亡的机制复杂。最近的研究表明 ,凋亡机制参与了脑出血后神经细胞的死亡。血液凝固时凝血酶的释放、血肿成分及其降解产物的毒性作用 ,以及血肿周围的炎症反应等是引起神经细胞凋亡的主要原因。探讨细胞凋亡的始动因素 ,可为脑出血寻找新的治疗策略。
【Abstract】 The mechanism of nerve cell death following intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is complex. Recent studies have suggested that apoptosis involved in nerve cell death following ICH. The main causes of nerve cell apoptosis are the release of thrombin during blood coagulation, the toxic effects of hematoma components and its degradation products, as well as the inflammatory reaction in perihematoma. To explore the initial factor of apoptosis may find a new therapeutic strategy for ICH.
