【Abstract】 Cerebrovascular reactivity can be used to assess the cerebral circulation reserve. The decrease of cerebral circulation reserve may increase the risk of stroke. Detecting the mean blood flow velocity in the middle cerebral artery during the eupnea and the end of breathholding with transcranial Doppler can evaluate the relationship between brain infarction and cerebrovascular reactivity according to the different vasomotor reaction.更多还原
