【Abstract】 At present, the normalized therapeutic principles and the best approaches in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) are lacking. Some studies suggest that the better clinical efficacy can be achieved with minimal invasive surgery. The article reviews the history and present condition of minimal invasive surgery in the treatment of HICH, and summarizes its theoretic basis, features, timing, surgical indications and primary operative procedures.更多还原
