【Abstract】 The deCODE Genetics Group in Iceknd reported that the gene encoding phosphod-iesterase (PDE) 4D might increase the risk of ischemic stroke and it had strongest association with carotid atherosclerosis and cardiogenic stroke. The findings is of great significance for the prevention of ischemic stroke. Try to develop PDE4D inhibitor may become a new orientation in the prevention of stroke.更多还原
