【摘要】 目的 探讨血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)基因多态性与中青年脑梗死患者的关系。方法 应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)测定105例年龄≤60岁高血压脑梗死患者ACE基因插入／缺失(D／I)多态性,用酶联免疫吸附技术(ELISA)测定血浆血管紧张素(Ang)Ⅱ水平,并与71名同龄健康正常对照组比较。 结果 脑梗死组患者的ACE DD基因型频率为0.33,对照组为0.18(两者比较P<0.01)。脑梗死组患者血浆AngⅡ水平为(31±11)ng／L,与对照组为(29±8)ng／L,两组比较P>0.05,但ACE DD基因型患者血浆AngⅡ水平显著高于对照组和同组DI型和Ⅱ型(P<0.01)。 结论 年龄<60岁的脑梗死患者发病原因可能与ACE D等位基因频率增高、血浆AngⅡ水平增高有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE)gene polymorphism and cerebral infarction (CI) in middle-aged and young adults . Methods 105 patients (Age≤ 60) with cerebral infarction and 71 control subjects were examined using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Plasma angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ) level was determined by ELISA method. Results ACE DD genotype appeared more common in patients of cerebral infarction compared with normal controls (0. 33 versus 0. 18, P<0. 01), and there was significantly increased in frequency of ACE DD genotype in the group of cerebral infarction that onset before 60 years old. There were no significant difference in plasma Ang Ⅱ level between cerebral infarction patients and control subjects, but the cerebral infarction patients with ACE DD genotype had significantly higher plasma Ang Ⅱ level than the control group and those in the infarction group with ACE DI and Ⅱ genotypes (P<0. 01). Conclusion The ACE gene deletion polymorphism might serve as a risk factor for cerebral infarction and the increased level of plasma Ang Ⅱ might be related to the group of cerebral infarction with age of onset less than 60 years old.更多还原
