【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the accumulation of rural surplus labor and the situation of employment in China, this paper presents a train of thought of the transfer and a theoretical model. In conclusion, this multinational transfer is not only useful to China and the world, but also is feasible for operation. And, the paper puts forward some proposals to accelerate this process.更多还原
