【摘要】 目的 :探讨内皮细胞粘附分子 VCAM- 1,ICAM- 1在妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )发病中的作用及与妊高征严重程度之间的关系。方法 :选取妊高征 2 5例 ,其中轻度 8例 ,中度 8例 ,重度 9例 ,并与正常妊娠 39例比较 ,采用酶链免疫吸附试验测定孕产妇临产前及产后 1周血清 VCAM- 1、ICAM- 1的水平。结果 :妊高征患者血清VCAM- 1及 ICAM- 1浓度产前显著高于产后 (P<0 .0 1及 0 .0 5 ) ;产前血清 VCAM- 1浓度妊高征患者也显著高于正常孕妇 (P<0 .0 1) ,产后差异无显著性 ;ICAM- 1浓度与正常组相比差异无显著性 ;不同程度妊高征患者的血清VCAM- 1、ICAM- 1水平差异无显著性。结论 :妊高征患者血清 VCAM- 1的升高与妊高征的发生有关 ,VCAM- 1及 ICAM- 1水平高低不能准确反映妊高征严重程度更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect of the endothelial cell adhesion molecules( VCAM-1, ICAM-1) in the case of pregnancy induced hypertension and the relationship between them. Method:The subjects are consisted of 25 random samples of PHI (The light cases are 8, the medium are 8 and the most serious are 9.) and 39 samples of normal pregnancy. Each subject is examined the level of blood serum VCAM-1, ICAM-1 before giving the birth and one week after it by means of Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Result:The VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 serum concentration of the PIH patients is obviously higher prepartum than postpartum(P<0.01 and 0.05); The VCAM-1 serum concentration of the PIH patients is obviously higher prepartum than that of normal pregnancy(P<0.01), but there is no obvious difference compared with postpartum; The ICAM-1 serum concentration is not quite different compared with the samples from the normal group.The level difference of serum VCAM-1, ICAM-1 has not statistical meaning.Conclusion:That the serum VCAM-1 in PIH patient rises has something to do with the development of PIH itself, and ICAM-1 has not closer relationship with the clinical injury than the former. However, the level of VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 cannot show the severity of PIH.更多还原
