大黄等中药对梗阻性黄疸大鼠肠道细菌易位的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探讨大黄等中药对梗阻性黄疸大鼠肠道细菌易位的影响。方法 :胆总管下段结扎制成梗阻性黄疸的动物模型。 6 0只 Wister大鼠随机分为假手术组 (A组 ,2 0只 )、胆总管结扎组 (B组 ,2 0只 )、胆总管结扎加中药治疗组 (C组 ,2 0只 )。观察各组血浆肝功能、内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF-α)、白介素 - 6 (IL - 6 ) ,对末端回肠肠粘膜进行病理学检查以及对胰腺、肺、肠系膜淋巴结细菌培养。结果 :术后第 2 1天 ,C组和 B组血浆总胆红素值、谷丙转氨酶值无差别。血浆内毒素、TNF-α、IL - 6的值 C组明显低于 B组。肠粘膜损伤 C组轻于 B组。胰腺、肺、肠系膜淋巴结细菌培养阳性率 C组明显低于 B组。结论 :中药可以保护肠粘膜屏障 ,减少肠道细菌内毒素的易位 ,降低血浆中细胞因子的水平

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of Chinese medicine DaHuang et al on bacterial translocation in obstructive jaundice in rats.Method:Ligating lower choledochus to establish obstructive jaundice model. All rats were randomly divided into three groups: the sham-operative group(group A, n=20), choledochus ligation group (group B, n=20),and choledochus ligation with Chinese medicine group(group C, n=20).The changes of the level of plasma endotoxin、TNF-α、IL-6、total bilirubin 21d postoperation,the extreme intestinal lumen mucosa was examined pathologically and the bacterial translocation from intestinal lumen were examined.Results:At the 21th day postoperation, the plasma total bilirubin、glutamicpyruvic transaminase(GPT) between C group and B group were not difference; the levels of plasma endotoxin、TNF-α、IL-6 in group C were significantly lower than those in group B; the trauma of intestinal mucosa in group C was lower than that in group B;the positive rate of bacteria culture with mesenteric lympha node and pancreas、lung in group C was significantly lower than those in group B.Conclusion:The Chinese medicine DaHuang et al is able to protect the barrier of intestinal mucosa, reduce the bacterial translocation from intestinal lumen and the level of plasma cellular factor.
