银杏内酯、刺五加皂甙、人参皂甙对氯化钴诱导化学缺氧的PC12细胞的保护作用
Effect of ginkgolides,Acanthopannx senticosus saponins,ginsenosides on the injury of PC12 cells induced by Cobalt chloride
【摘要】 目的 :研究银杏内酯、刺五加皂甙、人参皂甙对氯化钴诱导化学缺氧的 PC12细胞的保护作用。方法 :采用四甲基偶氮唑 (MTT)比色分析法观察银杏内酯 (37.5μg/ m l)、刺五加皂甙 (5 0μg/ ml)、人参皂甙 (6 0μg/ ml)对氯化钴诱导化学缺氧的 PC12细胞活性的影响。结果 :银杏内酯、刺五加皂甙、人参皂甙能显著提高氯化钴诱导缺氧的PC12细胞的活性。结论 :银杏内酯、刺五加皂甙、人参皂甙对氯化钴诱导缺氧损伤的 PC12细胞有明显的保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of ginkgolides (Gin), Acanthopannx Senticosus Saponins (ASS), ginsenosides (Gs) on the injury of PC12 cells induced by CoCl 2.Methods:The viability of PC12 cells injured by CoCl 2 and pretreated with Gin(37.5μg/ml)、ASS (50μg/ml)、Gs (20μg/ml) was determined by MTT assay.Results:It has been shown that Gin、ASS、Gs enhanced the viability of PC12 cells damaged by CoCl 2.Conclusion:Gin、ASS and Gs have protective effects on chemical hypoxic PC12 cells.
