【Abstract】 Trampolining is a new event of Olympic Game. It is very important to research the laws of selection and training the children. There are two kinds of selection of talents in amateur sports school, one is original selection, another is second selection. By selection the coaches must choose the talents be perfect for trampolining. To lay a solid foundations is the key of training, particularly it must be careful and strict in teaching basic skills.
