【摘要】 为了研究我国足校学生的成就动机,本研究运用心理测量、专家访谈和数理统计等方法,对我国部分足球学校男子学生的成就动机影响因素进行了研究,表明不同年龄组的足校学生的成就动机水平存在差异。优秀组与一般组足校学生成就动机水平的差异非常显著,而场上位置不会对成就动机水平产生影响。成就动机影响因素可以概括为他人影响、个人能力和个性倾向性等8个因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 Achievement motivation is a social motivation. Achievement motivation level and its’ influence factors of soccer training school male students in our country have been analyzed in this article, physical performance level and position aspects by using the method of psychology measurement, statistic and investigating experts. The result shows that different age groups have different achievement motivation level. Physical performance level may cause the difference of achievement motivation level but position could not have the effect. The influence factors of soccer training school students’ achievement motivation level can be generalized as individual capability, others’ influence,personality tendency and so on.更多还原
