【Abstract】 The current study on reading psychology has provided both a theoretical foundation and an approach to drilling the EFL readers for improving their reading skills. Hence, conducting a research into reading psychology benefits undoubtedly, helping improve the reading skills of college students and promote their reading efficiency. If college English reading aims not just simply to enlarge students’ vocabulary but also to develop their psychological competence in English reading, they can be helped to overcome the difficulty caused by the traditional way of reading. With a theoretical and practical discussion, this paper explicates both the necessity and benefits of cultivating students’ psychological ability in reading.更多还原
