B型超声预测胎儿体重的数学模型
The Mathematica Model of Prediciting the Foetus’s Weight
【摘要】 就B型超声对516例胎儿的股骨长、双顶径、腹围等生物指标的测量资料,建立了预测胎儿体重的非线性回归数学模型;通过30例临床实例的验证并与相关资料对照,发现模型在预测孕期28~44周时胎儿的体重比较准确.
【Abstract】 On Model B to 516 femur long, pairs of of foot-path, belly person who enclose biological measurement materials of index of foetus supersound,the authors have set up the non-linear return mathematics model which predicts foetus’ weight;Through 30 clinical verification and contrast with relevant materials of instance,they have found that model foetus have more accurate weights relatively while predicting 28~44 weeks of pregnancy period.
