柴油机微粒捕集器过滤材料与再生方法分析与研究
Analysis and Research of Filter Materials and Its Regeneration of Diesel Particulate Filter
【摘要】 柴油机微粒捕集器的关键技术是过滤材料和再生方法的研究,在介绍其过滤材料和再生方法的基础上,对比分析和研究了它们的特点和主要问题,建议将壁流式蜂窝陶瓷作为柴油机微粒捕集器的过滤材料并采用微波再生系统。
【Abstract】 The filter material and regeneration are the key technologies for diesel particulate filter(DPF). On the basis of the intro-duction of them, the characteristics and main problems of some materials and regeneration were analyzed and studied comparative-ly. The adoption of wall-flow ceramic honeycomb monolith for DPF and regeneration by microwave heating system were suggested.
