曲轴强度计算新方法的研究
New Calculation Method of Crankshaft Fatigue Strength
【摘要】 本文通过计算某一柴油机曲轴的疲劳安全系数,比较了曲轴传统计算方法和MBS仿真与有限元耦合计算的方法,计算结果表明MBS仿真与有限元耦合计算方法的计算结果与实际情况更加吻合。随着计算机技术的发展,新的计算方法将取代传统的计算方法用于曲轴强度的精确计算。
【Abstract】 This paper compared the traditional calculation method with the MBS & FEA coupling calculation method on base of the calculation of fatigue safety coefficient of a diesel engine crankshaft. The calculation results indicate that the calculated results by MBS & FEA coupling calculation method agree with the practical ones. With the increase of computer resources, the new calculation method would replace the traditional calculation method for the precise calculation of crankshaft strength.
