喷油提前角对柴油机排放影响的研究

【摘要】 在调整柴油机喷油提前角的情况下,实测了柴油机气体和颗粒排放浓度,并对试验结果进行了分析。当喷油提前角由5°CA调整为7.5°CA时,PM、CO和HC排放值显著降低,NOX排放值显著升高;当喷油提前角由7.5°CA调整为10°CA时,PM继续降低,NOX、CO和HC都有所增加,但幅度都不大。表明增大喷油提前角可有效地降低颗粒排放,但同时要考虑到NOX、CO和HC浓度的增加。该研究对电控柴油机喷油参数的优化具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 The concentrations of exhaust gas and particulate matter (PM) emissions of a diesel engine were measured under three different injection timings, and the experimental results were analyzed. As the injection timing of engine changed from 5°CA ATDC to 7.5°CA ATDC, the concentrations of PM, carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbon (HC) decreased markedly, but the nitrogen oxides (NO_X) increased distinctly. By changing the injection timing from to 7.5°CA ATDC to 10°CA ATDC, the concentration of PM decreased continuously, the concentrations of NO_X, CO and HC increased, but all the changes were less. The paper shows that the concentration of PM can be decreased effectively with the injection advance angle of engine increases, but the concentration of NO_X, CO and HC should be taken into account. This study is useful for injection parameter optimization of electronically controlled diesel engines.
