【摘要】 目的探讨25例急性脊髓损伤的MRI表现和神经功能改变的相关性。方法对25例急性脊髓损伤的患者在3天内行MRI和临床神经功能检查,研究分析脊髓操作MRI显示的病灶范围、信号类型、椎体骨折、椎管狭窄、脊髓受压和神经功能改变之间的联系。结果急性脊髓损伤MRI显示的病灶范围、信号类型、椎管狭窄、脊髓受压和神经功能改变有相关性,椎体骨折与神经功能改变无相关性。结论MRI显示急性脊髓损伤的病灶范围、信号类型、椎管狭窄、脊髓受压和神经功能改变有相关性,椎体骨折和神经功能改变相关性不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the changes of functional ability of 25 patients with caute spinal cord injury and the severity of damages with MRI.Methods 25 patients were examined with 0.205T signa MR and 72 hours after acute spinal cord injury and these changes of various functional ability were recorded.The relatiouship of the area of the lesion,the classification of MRI signals,the spinal cord compression and the narrowing of the vertebral tube were a factor of little significance (P>0.05).Conclusion The area of lesion,the changes of MRI signals,the spinal cord compression and the narrowing of vertebral tube are important factors to result in the changes of nerve functions while the fracture of vertebral body is a factor of little significance..更多还原
