【摘要】 目的探讨原发性高血压左心室肥厚与脉压和病程的关系。方法根据71例原发性高血压病人入院时的血压计算脉压,并根据这些病人入院时超声心动图检查结果确定有无左心室肥厚,由Logistic回归分析左心室肥厚与脉压和病程的关系。结果左心室肥厚35例,脉压(OR1.3)、高血压病程(OR 2.1)与原发性高血压左心室肥厚之间存在一定的正相关性。结论脉压、高血压病程是原发性高血压发生左心室肥厚的正相关因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between left ventricular hypertrophy and pulse pressure and course in essential hypertension.Methods Seventy-one patients with essential hypertension were observed in pulse pressure,course,and left ventricular mass index with echocardiography.Results Thirty-five hypertensive patients (49.3%) had hypertrophy of left ventricle.The multivariate analysis showed pulse pressure and course as independent predictors of left ventricular hypertrophy (odds ratio,1.3,95% confidence interval,1.1 to 1.5,P=0.009,and 2.1,95% confidence interval,1.1 to 4.2,P=0.028,respectively).Conclusion It is suggested that patients with prolonged hypertension and those hypertensive patients with high pulse pressure are at risk for left ventricular hypertrophy.更多还原
