【摘要】 目的　探讨肝硬化并食道胃底静脉曲张破裂上消化道出血病人的健康指导要点。方法　对 6 5例病人做好心理护理 ,加强饮食指导 ,重视休息和自我保健指导。结果　帮助本组病例消除了出血诱因 ,积极配合治疗 ,除 3例因病情危重死亡外 ,均获得良好效果。结论　做好健康指导 ,减少出血发生率 ,是提高患者生存率 ,改善生活质量 ,延长生命的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of health education for patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage due to rupture of varices of esophageal-fundus of stomach for cirrhosis of liver. Methods A retrospective analysis on 65 patients by mental nursing, diet teaching, reasonable relax and self-health education. Results Health education dispelled hemorrhage inducement, coorperated treatment and acquired good effects except 3 patients died of severity.Conclusion Health education is the key points to reduce the rate of hemorrhage,rise survival rates,improve quality of life and prolong lifespan of patients.更多还原
