同步检测血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶和髓鞘碱性蛋白含量对脑梗死及多发性硬化鉴别诊断的价值
The value of differential diagnosis between CI and MS by measuring blood NSE and MBP together
【摘要】 目的 探讨脑梗死 (C1)患者和多发性硬化 (MS)患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)和髓鞘碱性蛋白 (MBP)含量变化及临床意义。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法对 2 5例对照组、2 3例CI患者、15例MS患者血清NSE和MBP进行了检测。结果 CI患者血清NSE和MBP含量均较对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,且血清NSE和MBP含量与CI体积有一定的关系。MS患者与对照组比较 ,仅MBP增高明显 (P <0 .0 1) ,NSE仅轻度升高 ,但无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 同步检测血清NSE和MBP对CI和MS的鉴别诊断有一定的临床价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the variation of quantities and clinical value of NSE(nervors special enolizational enzyme )and MBP (myelinic base protein) of CI(cerebral infarction) and MS(multiple sclerosis).Method To measure NSE and MBP of 25 compared teams, 23 cases of CI and 15 cases of MS by the mean of ElISA(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay).Results The NSE and MBP of CI are both obviously higher than compared teams (P<0 01),and the quantities of NSE and MBp have something to do with the volume of CI.However, as far as MS is concerned, only MBP is higher than compared teams obviously(P<0.01).while NSE is a little higher (P>05),which has no significant clinical meaning,Conclusion Measuring blood NSE and MBP together is helpful for the differential diagnosis beween CI and MS.
