【摘要】 目的报告保留二尖瓣装置的二尖瓣替换术治疗风湿性心脏病二尖瓣病变的手术技巧及手术疗效。方法对 5 2例风湿性心脏病二尖瓣病变施行保留二尖瓣装置的二尖瓣替换术 ,并与切除二尖瓣装置的二尖瓣替换术的疗效进行跟踪随访比较。结果与对照组比较 ,保留二尖瓣装置的二尖瓣替换术后心功能恢复更好。结论保留二尖瓣装置的二尖瓣替换术优于切除二尖瓣装置的二尖瓣替换术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate clinical effect of mitral valve replacement of reserving mitral valve structure. Method Mitral valve replacement of reserving mitral valve structure was used in 52 patients with rheumatic cardiac valvular disease(research group), while mitral valve replacement of excising mitral valve structure was used in 32 patients(controlgroup). The follow -up data and results of two groups were studied and compared. Result Recovery of function was improved significantly in research group than those in control group. Conclusion The mitral valve replacement of reserving mitral valve structure is superior to the mitral valve replacement of excising mitral valve structure.更多还原
