【摘要】 以5种硬粒小麦成熟胚为外植体,研究了其在9种不同诱导培养基、2种不同分化培养基上的出愈率、诱导愈伤组织质量及分化率的差异.结果表明:在小麦愈伤组织的诱导阶段,当2,4 D的质量浓度在2.5～4.0mg·L-1时,5种小麦的愈伤组织均较好;在小麦愈伤组织的分化阶段,2,4 D质量浓度的变化对不同小麦愈伤组织分化的影响效果不同,但缺乏规律性;小麦的出愈率与愈伤组织质量无明显关系.更多还原

【Abstract】 Explants of mature embryos of 5 different wheats were cultured in 9 inducing medias and 2 differentiation medias to study the callus inducing frequency,the quality of callus and the genetic difference of callus differerentiation frequency. The results show that during the inducing period,when the concentration of the 2,4-D varied from （2.5）～（4.0） mg·L^-1,the callus of 5 wheats were better;during the differentiation period,the distinct differences of differentiation effect was exerted among two differentiation medias;there is no direct relation between the callus frequency and the quality of callus.更多还原
