【摘要】用鸟枪法构建了野油菜黄单胞菌(Xanthomonascampestrispv.campestris)8004的基因组文库,经LBSP法筛选,得到了含α 淀粉酶基因的基因片段,SDS PAGE凝胶电泳确定其蛋白质分子量约为45kd;经测序后,分析其序列结构并翻译成氨基酸序列.更多还原

【Abstract】 The genomic library of Xanthomonas campestris pv.campestris 8004 was constructed by shot gun,and positive cloning of α-amylase was screened with LBSP method.The weight of this protein was determined to be about 45 kd by SDS-PAGE.α-amylase gene was sequenced and translated into amino acid after sequence structure analysis.更多还原
