【Abstract】 The 2002 production data from households of two irrigation districts were analyzed using a stochastic production frontier, including a model for the technical inefficiency effects. The results show that whether it was a "pooled" production frontier for the two irrigation districts or it mas one’s own frontier for each irrigation districts, on the whole, the reform of irrigation management institution had achieved some effect otherwise, but the households from irrigation district using traditional management mode were technically more efficient than those from reforming irrigation district.更多还原
