爆裂玉米自交系与不同优势类群普通玉米自交系的配合力及聚类分析

【摘要】 以6个自选爆裂玉米自交系与10个分属于不同优势类群的普通玉米自交系按NCⅡ遗传设计组配而成的60个普×爆F1组合为材料.分析了9个性状的配合力,并对爆裂玉米自交系进行了聚类分析.结果表明,爆裂玉米自交系的GCA存在显著差异,N09具有较高的组配利用价值.膨化倍数的SCA仅濮阳点的374×N09为极显著正值,穗粒重仅长葛点的改3×N04、豫87-1×N14和濮阳点的昌7-2×N14为极显著正值;普×爆F1组合的穗粒重均有很大提高,但膨化倍数较差,无直接利用价值.6个爆裂自交系划分为4类:N08,N10和N09为一类,N04,N05,N14各成一类.聚类结果与育种实际完全相符.

【Abstract】 Using NC II genetic design six popcorn inbreds were crossed with ten normal corn inbreds belonging to different heterotic groups,and the GCAs and SCAs of 9 characters were analyzed,and the 6 popcorn inbreds were clustered using SCAs.The results showed that the GCAs of 6 popcorn inbreds were significantly different.(N 09) had the greatest GCA value for most characters,so had the greatest value in further popcorn crosses making.For SCAs only the expansion volume of 374×(N 09) at Puyang and the ear_kernel weight for Gai 3×(N 04) and Yu 87-1×(N 14) at Changge and Chang 7-2×(N 14) at Puyang were significantly positive.Almost all the ear_kernel weight of 60 popcorn×normal corn crosses were much higher than CK,but their expansion volume was very low.So popcorn×normal corn crosses had no value in direct utilization.The 6 popcorn inbreds were divided into 4 heterotic groups, (N 04),(N 05) and (N 14) as one group seperately,and the other 3 inbreds (N 08),(N 09) and (N 10) in another group,which was in great agreement with popcorn breeding before.
