【摘要】 目的 :探讨综合手术治疗肝胆管结石的临床效果。方法 :以肝胆管切开取石为基础术式 ,配合肝段切除 ,纤维胆道镜取石 ,各种胆肠吻合术治疗 35例肝胆管结石患者。结果 :随访 1～ 4年 ,手术优良率 32 /35 (91 4 % ) ,术后残石率 10 /35 (2 8 6 % ) ,再手术率 1/35 (2 86 % )。结论 :综合手术对肝胆管结石有很好的临床疗效 ,合理的应用各种手术方式是治疗肝胆管结石的成功关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of combining operations on patients with hepatolith.Methods:35 cases of hepatolith were treated with cholangiotomy combined with hepatolobectomy,choledochoscope and choledochoje junostomy.Results:Followed-up l to 4 years,the rate of operative cure was 91.4%,residual stone was 28.6%,reoperation was 2.86%.Conclusion:Combing operations for hepatolith are effective.The key point of treating hepatolith with success is by applying proper operative procedures.更多还原
