喉癌血管内皮生长因子和微血管密度的表达
THE EXPRESSION OF VEGF、MVD AND DNA CONTENT IN CANCER OF LARYNX
【摘要】 目的 :探讨喉癌中血管内皮生长因子 ( VEGF)、微血管密度 ( MVD)的表达和 DNA含量 ,研究各指标间的相关性及与喉癌临床生物学行为、预后的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化 S-P法及流式细胞计量术 ( FCM)检测喉癌标本及喉正常黏膜。结果 :a.VEGF表达与喉癌分化程度、淋巴结转移及 TNM分期显著相关。MVD与喉癌淋巴结转移呈正相关。VEGF表达与 MVD具有相关性。b.喉癌 DNA含量、增殖活性及 S期比例较正常喉组织有所增加 ,且出现非整倍体细胞。结论 :a.VEGF作为高效的血管调控因子 ,在喉癌血管形成和转移过程中起重要作用 ;VEGF、MVD可作为临床预测喉癌恶性程度及淋巴结转移的重要参考指标。b.DNA含量的检测有利于喉癌的早期诊断
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD) and DNA index (DI) in cancer of larynx. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining(SP) and flow cytometry(FCM) were used to detect the expression of VEGF and MVD in laryngeal cancers and normal larygeal mucosae. Results: There was obvious correlation between the expression of VEGF and that of MVD. Conclusion: ①VEGF plays an important role in the growth and metastasis of laryngeal cancer. ②The DNA quantitative analysis with FCM is helpful for the early diognosis of laryngeal cancer.;
