【摘要】 目的 :初步探讨内蒙古地区跆拳道运动员的体型特点。方法 :Heath-Carter体型法。结果 :内蒙古地区跆拳道运动员男性体型均值为 2 .3 -4.9-2 .7,属均衡的中胚层体型 ,女性体型均值为 3 .5 -3 .8-2 .6,属内中胚层均衡体型。结论 :跆拳道运动员体型与非运动员相比男女均为匀称、健壮、身材适中的体型更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: To study somatic characteristics of Taekwondo athletes. Methods: A total of 64 Taekwondo athletes was examined by Heath-Carter somatotyping method. Results: Mean somatotypes of males was balanced mesomorphy category(2.3-4.9-2.7), that of females was meso.-endo. category(3.5-3.8-2.6). Conclusion: Somatotypes of Taekwondo athletes showed stronger, more well-proportioned and more moderate than nonathletes.更多还原
