【摘要】 目的:了解非临床标本中大肠埃希菌产超广谱β─内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的情况及检测最佳底物,以利于ESBLs菌的监控,防止ESBLs菌的传播和区域性流行.方法:用NCCLS推荐的双纸片协同筛选试验和表型确证试验对50例大肠埃希菌进行ESBLs的检测.结果:非临床标本分离的大肠埃希菌产ESBLs阳性率为8%,用于ESBLs筛选的最佳底物是CTX,其次为CRO,而CAZ敏感性较差.结论:检测ESBLs,应用双纸片协同法进行初筛,对可疑菌株再用表型确证实验确证.对底物选择应使用两种以上的头孢类抗生素.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate E.coli of ESBLs isolated from non-clinical laboratorial specimen and measured the best substrate,which is benefit to dectect bacteria of ESBLs(extended spectrnm β─lactamase) and to prohibit its propagation. Methods:double paper disk synergism screening test and phenotype certified test from NCCLS(National committee for clinical laboratory standars) were performed to detect the 50 strains of E.coli of ESBLs. Results:The positive rate of this sampling is 8%,The hest substrate is CTX.The next is CRO,The sensitivity of CAZ was lower. Conclusion:double paper disk synergism screening test should be used in beginning,next is to certify the suspectable strain with phenotype certitude test.Two or more kinds of antibiotic should be used in substrate selection test.更多还原
