【摘要】 目的:探讨电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)手术操作及注意事项.方法:回顾性分析了68例电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术.结果:经过严格选择,应用LC共治疗胆囊结石、胆囊息肉、胆囊炎病人共68例,因胆囊与周围组织重度粘连中转开腹1例,因胆管畸形术中电传导损伤胆总管术后形成胆汁漏一例,行开腹胆总管修补加"T"管引流治愈,其余均顺利痊愈.治愈率97%.结论:LC具有创伤小、痛苦轻、腹腔干扰少、术后恢复快等优点,适合基层医院开展.更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:discuss surgical procedure and notice about television laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Method:people analyzed retrospectively 68 cases television laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Result:Through strict choice,apply the LC to cure 68 patients of Cholelithiasis,Cholecystoployp,Cholecystitis.There is case to change into cutting the belly opent during surgery because the gall bladder and surrounding tissue accrete heavily.There is a case to cause Bile Leak after surgery because during the operation of Biliary malformation electricity conduction injury choledocho.Through cutting the belly open to mend choledocho and draining T tube the patient were cured.Others all successfully fully recover from an illness.Cure rate reach to 97%.Conclusion:The LC posses some advantages such as small wound,little pain,few confusion from abdominal cavity,postoperative recovery quickly.it suits hospital of foot layer to develop.更多还原
