【Abstract】 Rutin was extracted from Sophara japonica L. by microscale chemical experiment. In the experiment, the best pH of extraction was researched. The results indicated that the best pH is 4.0~5.0. In the same time, the general extracting experiment of Rutin was improved by microscale Soxhlet extracting equipment. Though the rate of extraction of improving method was lower, its production was purer and the chemical experiment was more easy.更多还原
